I built my XMR Miner.
The goal is to spread it to a few hundred computers.
What im trying to learn is how can i make it that it dosent get detected and auto deleted by Anti Virus - Real Time Protection.
Im not using a Rat or anything JUST a Miner. 
If anyone can help me out please reply.
 

Bypassing heuristics will not be so easy if the miner you built is fairly well known.
In case you don't know how to program: buy a crypter with private stub from a trusted vendor. I don't think you'll find anything free that's worth it.
In case you know how to program: make your own using relatively modern methods such as indirect syscalls for injections, etc. You can find a lot of information about this with a simple search.
