Idealmente tenes que usar la misma versión de jdk con la que se desarrollo, sino siempre algún error te termina dando.
igual hay varias páginas web que hacen lo mismo, si buscas en duckduckgo alguna debe estar indexada

Che haber si leen el hilo jajaja en la carpeta de out/artifacts/GodEye_jar ya esta compilado, solo descarguen java y ejecuten funciona al pelo
