I have a situation with a client, a hotel, who got hacked with ransomware and encrypted all the files *.d8305dfd

I have no experience with ransomware.

They left a file that says:
~~ Lockbit 3.0 the world's fastest ransomware from 2019~~...

Any suggestion on what I should do to recover the files without paying?

Sería posible en caso de que el ransomware genere las claves offline y puedas enviar el ransomware para analizarlo en un entorno controlado.

Hola. Sin la key es prácticamente imposible desencriptar los archivos afectados.
